Digital product
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned', we don't offer refunds simply for change of mind after download.
When we will refund
Write to us within 7 days of purchase if: (a) you were charged but could not access the files and we cannot fix it within 3 working days; (b) the files are corrupted or materially different from the description and we cannot provide a working replacement; or (c) you were charged twice for the same purchase.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay and banks typically take several working days to credit the amount; timing depends on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the download link for that order is deactivated.
