What we collect
When you buy, we collect your name, email address and mobile number, plus order and payment references from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID, status). We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details - these are handled by Razorpay. When you contact us we store your message. We record anonymous page-view and button-click counts to understand how the site is used; these do not contain your name or email.
Why we use it
To process your payment, deliver your download link by email, provide support, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal/accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payment processing) and our email delivery provider (to send your download link). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete contact messages at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or raise a grievance, by writing to us via the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once in force.
Security
Download links are personal, random, expire after 7 days and are revoked if an order is refunded. Admin access is password-protected.
